- The show will be performed in its original language, English, with Turkish surtitles throughout the performance. - The event is restricted to attendees aged 16 and over. - As food and beverages are available for purchase within Zorlu PSM, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue. - Cameras and professional photography equipment are not permitted inside the venue. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Guests who fail to comply with this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be issued. - Everyone entering the venue, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket. - Guests are responsible for any personal belongings not left at the cloakroom. - Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the auditorium. - No admission will be permitted after the performance has started. - The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets. - The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and schedule. - The organizer and Zorlu PSM reserve the right to refuse admission to any person deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded. - Due to possible congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to arrive at least one hour before the scheduled start time to avoid delays at the parking facilities and valet service. Thank you for your understanding. - Bringing firearms, flammable, explosive or combustible materials (including deodorants, aerosol sprays, perfumes, etc.), sharp or pointed objects, items that may be used as weapons or for assault or self-defense (including helmets, camping chairs, selfie sticks, tripods, trouser chains, etc.), and laser pointers into the venue is strictly prohibited. - Audio and video recordings will be made during the event. By attending, participants acknowledge and agree that the organizer and the artist may use these recordings for promotional or other purposes without obtaining additional consent. - Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled. - Late arrivals will be directed to available seats in order to avoid disrupting the performance and disturbing other audience members. Original seat locations may not be available until an appropriate break in the performance.
